Warren Rogers is the candidate of the Independent American Party for Utah state Senate district 24, which includes parts of ten mostly rural counties. Warren Rogers expresses his own opinion as a citizen and as a candidate for public office. He does not have the authority to serve as a spokesman for any church or other organization, except that to some extent the Independent American Party must have found his opinions at least tolerable enough that he could be allowed to appear as a candidate on that party’s ballot line.
