Warren T Rogers shows that the Vaccine Mandate violates the U.S. Constitution when applied to military personal, especially National Guard personnel. Warren T Rogers asserts that Vaccine Decree is a clearer and more accurate name than Vaccine Mandate and therefore mostly uses the term Vaccine Decree instead of Vaccine Mandate. Brother Rogers uses the Warren T Rogers channel to campaign as a candidate for a public office. This is the first episode on the Warren T Rogers channel since 2020 when Warren T Rogers was a candidate for Utah State Senate. The Vaccine Mandate or Decree requires many people to ether get vaccinated against Covid-19 or submit to weekly testing to see if infected with Covid-19. This episode, Military Vaccine Decree shows, using quotes from the U.S. Constitution itself, that the constitutional powers of the U.S. President are not great enough to impose his Vaccine Decree on military personnel. The Constitution splits control of the military between the President as Commander in Chief and the Congress. It is Congress that makes general rules such as all military personnel must be vaccinated. As for the National Guard in particular, the Guard claims on its website to be the modern form of the historical militia. However, according to the Constitution, the President and the Congress both have power over the militia only when the militia serves the United States. Again according to the actual wording of the Constitution, the Militia can only be called forth to serve the United States for one of a short list of purposes and none of those purposes applies to the current situation. Therefore, if the National Guard is the militia as claimed, then right now neither the President nor the Congress has control over the National Guard. Instead each state has control over the Guard units within its own boarders.
